This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights when returning products purchased from ForeverFence. It is designed to comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order from the moment it is placed until 14 days after the day you receive it.
If you cancel within this cooling-off period, you are entitled to a refund for the product price, excluding original delivery charges.
This right does not apply to made-to-measure or bespoke products, which cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
Conditions for Returns
Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered, unused, and in their original packaging.
If an item is returned damaged, used, or not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
You are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged to avoid damage during return.
Return Costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless it is faulty or supplied in error.
If you choose to arrange the return yourself, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for the full product value. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Alternatively, we can arrange collection for an additional fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds cover the product price only, minus any applicable collection fees, inspection costs, or restocking fees.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
If your goods arrive damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
No charges will apply for returns of faulty or incorrect items.

Items that have been installed, used, or modified after delivery.
