This page sets out ForeverFence’s Delivery and Installation Policy. It explains how we deliver fencing, gates, and cladding across the UK, and how our professional installation service works. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver nationwide across mainland UK.

  • Delivery to remote locations (such as Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands) may not always be available or may carry an additional charge.

  • For large or bulk orders, delivery times and costs will be confirmed by our team.

Delivery Methods

  • Deliveries are typically made by pallet couriers or specialist carriers.

  • Standard delivery is kerbside only, meaning goods are unloaded at the nearest safe point to your property. Drivers are not required to move items into gardens, garages, or homes.

  • Customers should ensure safe and adequate access for large delivery vehicles. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Timescales

  • Standard delivery takes approximately 5–10 working days, depending on product type and stock levels.

  • Installation orders may take longer depending on installer availability and site preparation.

  • We will provide estimated delivery and/or installation dates at the time of order. These are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and location.

  • For installation services, delivery is normally included in the installation package price.

  • Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability may result in re-delivery charges.

Receiving Delivery

  • Someone over the age of 18 must be present to accept delivery.

  • Products must be inspected upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, this must be noted on the delivery paperwork and reported to us within 48 hours.

  • Once delivered, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer unless installation is included and arranged by us.

Installation Service

  • ForeverFence offers a professional installation service for fencing, gates, and cladding.

  • Installation is carried out by our approved installers, ensuring the products are fitted correctly and safely.

  • Installation dates will be arranged after delivery or combined with delivery, depending on availability.

  • Installation pricing will be confirmed at the time of order, based on site requirements.

Customer Responsibilities for Installation

  • Customers must ensure that the installation area is prepared, cleared, and accessible before work begins.

  • Any required permissions (e.g., planning permission, boundary agreements) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Installers must have access to power, water, and safe working space on the day of installation.

  • Additional costs may apply if the site is not ready, requires extra preparation, or presents unforeseen difficulties.

After Installation

  • Once installation is complete, the customer should inspect the work with the installer and confirm satisfaction.

  • ForeverFence provides a warranty on products as standard. Installation work may carry an additional workmanship guarantee — details will be provided at the time of booking.

Delays and Force Majeure

  • While we aim to deliver and install on time, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, supply issues, or other events beyond our control.

  • In such cases, we will contact you promptly to reschedule.
