Warranty & Guatantee

At ForeverFence, we take pride in supplying and installing high-quality, maintenance-free fencing, gates, and cladding. To give our customers confidence and peace of mind, we provide clear product warranties and installation guarantees. This page explains what is covered, what is excluded, and how to make a claim.

Product Material Warranty

  • All ForeverFence products are manufactured using premium-grade materials designed to be strong, durable, and low maintenance.

  • We guarantee that our fencing, gates, and cladding are free from defects in materials and manufacturing processes for a period of 25 years from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty covers replacement or repair of defective materials only. It does not cover labour, installation costs, or any additional expenses.

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Installation Warranty

  • All ForeverFence installations carried out by our approved installation team are covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of installation.

  • This guarantee covers installation defects, such as poor fitting or incorrect assembly.

  • To qualify, the full installation must have been carried out by ForeverFence or one of our approved installation partners.

  • Any alterations, modifications, or third-party works carried out after installation may void this warranty.

Exclusions
The ForeverFence Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused after installation, including accidents, neglect, abuse, or unauthorised alterations.

  • Natural fading of colour or reduction in gloss due to weathering.

  • Ground movement, structural building defects, or root/vegetation intrusion.

  • Damage caused by extreme weather events (storms, floods, high winds, etc.) or Acts of God.

  • Installations above 2.1m in height or 2.4m in width, or products mounted on walls, which are not guaranteed against wind damage.

  • Contact with corrosive materials such as treated timber, harmful chemicals, or constant exposure to pool water.

  • Products located within 1km of coastal or severe industrial environments, unless additional protective measures are taken.

  • Water ingress or condensation within cladding or storage products.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must retain their original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) to make a valid warranty claim.

  • Products must be properly maintained and cleaned as recommended in our care guide.

  • Any suspected defects should be reported to us promptly to prevent further damage.
